There are plenty of people who would adopt the unwanted animals at shelters across the country if they had the space. Families would love to share the childhoods of their children with pets, but they often lack the space that is necessary to comfortably house and care for an animal. Luckily, there are pet solutions for homes of all sizes. Those who are looking for a pet that requires just a small amount of room and limited care and attention may be happy with something in the rodent family. While some people call on exterminating to remove mouse and mice problems, others find that these tiny creatures are ideal for pets. While you may not be able to domesticate a rodent you find roaming your duct system or the attic, you can choose something from the same family at a pet store, create a comfortable cage, and have the perfect small pet. Fish are great pets and require very little attention, but at the end of a long day they offer relaxation and companionship.
