Author Terms of Service
1. You agree that you are the original author of each article you submit. If you have hired a ghost writer, you agree that you have exclusive rights to each article you submit.2. There are no guarantees that your articles will be accepted for publication in our directory. It is at our sole discretion whether or not to include your articles. If published, we reserve the right to remove any articles at any time.
3. We reserve the right to choose a more suitable category for your articles if we find them to be classified wrong.
4. By submitting your articles to contentdeity.com Article Directory, you agree to allow us to:
--Publish your article in RSS format for other websites to syndicate.
--Publish your article in our real time, daily, or weekly newsletters.
5. You agree that contentdeity.com Article Directory is a free service for authors and publishers. You will not be paid for submitting your articles to our sites and you will not be paid if and when your articles are published. You will receive all credit for your work and your resource box will be left in place.
6. You agree to not include any affiliate links in the body of your article. If you are trying to promote an affiliate program, please set up your own domain and link to it from your resource box.
7. contentdeity.com Article Directory may at any time translate your article into various languages in our article directory. Your article will remain complete with your resource box. All articles must be written and submitted in the English language.
8. We reserve the right to change these terms of service at any time. We will generally notify the community of changes via "recent news" on our site.
9. We reserve the right to include advertising on pages with your articles.
10. Your article must not contain pornography/adult material, hate or violence-oriented, suggest racial intolerance, advocate against any individual or group, have insulting, obscene, degrading tone, or contain excess profanity.
11. Your article must be a minimum of 250 words and no more than 5,000 words. For us, an ideal article size is 400-750 words.
12. Your article must be informative and share your unique expertise. Include tips, strategies, techniques, case-studies, analysis, opinions and commentary in your articles.
13. Your article must not be a press release, advertisement, sales letter, promotional copy, or blatant and excessive self-promotion or hype. Articles that are thought to be as such will be deleted or rejected instantly.
14. Also, when you submit an article to our article directory, make sure not to use any kind of tag in your html code. When authors submit articles with pre-made tags in them, we have to edit the article to make it unified with the other articles from other authors who submit to our article directory. Basically, we have a default font that all articles are displayed on and would greatly appreciate it if all authors will remove these tags from all articles before submitting them to our article directory. Doing this will reduce the load we have when editing articles that are submitted to our article directory.
15. Use contentdeity.com Article Directory author's bio box for all author advertising to their website(s). Authors are allowed to have up to 3 hyperlinks pointing to their website within the author resource (bio) box which is found in "my account" section once logged in. Please do not use the article body for your author resource box or for anchor text keyword linking or regular linking to your website (ex. http://www.example.com). Any author found using the article body for their resource box or write the words "about the author" at the end of an article will have their article(s) deleted instantly. No questions asked. If you want us to take the time to review and approve an article then please take the time to submit articles according to our guidelines.

Publisher Terms of Service
1. You must provide a hyperlink back to contentdeity.com Article Directory only to indicate the article was provided from our article directory. The url of the article itself will simply work to provide the indication that the article you are displaying on your website came from our article directory.
2. You must respect the copyright of each author whose articles you wish to publish. This includes but is not limited to a.) resource box b.) any links provided by the author.
3. You must not change, edit, or reword any part of any article not written by you.
4. You must agree to keep hyperlinks "live" so that users can click on said link and be taken to it's destination.
5. You agree to never use any articles obtained from contentdeity.com Article Directory in any form of spam or onsolicited mail.
6. You agree to not publish any articles on sites that contain hate, racist, warez, porn, or any other illegal material.
7. You agree to never sell any article obtained from our directory without the written consent from the author. This includes selling articles individually or in a compilation.

You agree to not hold contentdeity.com Article Directory liable for the accuracy of any article on the site or on any partner sites. contentdeity.com Article Directory is simply a hub for authors, publishers and readers to meet. If you have an issue with someone stealing your original work, please contact us and we will remove the article in question immediately.
