If you have a Publisher document that you’re working on that happens to have two pages that you’d like to see at the same time, then you can enter the view called two-page spread. For instance, this instance this is a newsletter and the inside of my newsletter is page two and page three. Right now, I have it works to this plain just one page. I’d like to see pages two and three together, so I can compare my layout. So to do this, go up to the view menu and then click on two-page spread, and it will go ahead and it will display those two pages for me at the same time. Now, if I’d like to go back, I can always go to view again and then uncheck two-page spread and it will go ahead and take me back to where I’m only viewing one page at a time.
