Hi, I am here to talk to you the few tips on “house swaps” that is right, house swapping.

It is one of the newest and greatest trends of the last ten years, I would say, and it really, really works out well when—number one, you know what you are getting and number two when the other party knows exactly what they are getting.

I have personally done this and I have looked out because I believe I got the better end of the deal but they were very happy with my house.

The important thing is, is to be able to display your house either electronically, you can do short movies, you can do digital photographs, really give the people a walk through. It is one thing to have a description on the paper but you need to add the visual aspects because it will help them and if you ask the same in return, you will know exactly what kind of a house you are getting and it really is.

The most important thing is the economy of the whole agreement. It does not get any better when you can go on a vacation and basically trade it out in terms of all your accommodations. It really makes traveling affordable on this day and age. And again it is all about communication that is the most important thing, it is to communicate and let folks know not only the house but the area, maybe the city. There is a lot of things that is surrounding it that they might want to know about.

It is a whole experience because most people do not spend a lot of time in the house but, you tend to search around the area. And if you are on a vacation obviously, you are going to be out in about quite a lot.

So I would encourage you. I think it is a great idea but you got to do the research, and that is my tip for the day.
