Capture Your Flag Erik Michielsen: You were a trader at Goldman Sachs and so you manage a lot of chaos, you were telling when we talked about it on the phone. The other day we talked about how decisions and you know profits and losses came by the second. Phil McKenzie: They do. Erik Michielsen: And throughout the day. And so it transition into a chaotic environment where you’re dealing with so many different people in areas, probably felt almost, you almost feel at home in that kind chaos. Phil McKenzie: Yes, definitely, you would, what I found is that, you’re still juggling a lot of things and really Goldman and prepared me very well for that and trading prepared me very well for because you’re literally sitting in this environment where it’s trial by fire. I mean, the action is happening fast and furious, there’s a million things going on where you have 2 phones and someone screaming at you from across the room and the screens are flashing and you know it’s money, it’s a real money on the lines so you’re dealing with all this things. And so really, in comparison, most other things are actually quite slut. You know, and don’t have the immediacy of profit and loss. So, it really was a capability to kind of take a step back, which I really appreciated. You’re still doing a ton of things but they’re, the timelines and the deadlines which you’re working with are not 30 seconds to a minute. They’re you know, a few days a week, you have the ability to kind of plan ahead and get things done. Whereas, when you wake in on a trading desk, days that you think that are going to be completely quiet and laid back, tend to be when things explode and vise versa. You walked in thinking, you know, million things are going to happen and you’re seating here all day doing nothing.
