Erik Michielsen:	What do you consider when evaluating internet startup companies?
Marc Ferrentino:	They’ve keeping is don’t hang up with one idea, once you can do that then 
you liberated your self, you set yourself free in a lot of ways. Like this, I like some ways and you 
missed one that one right behind it. It’s always a chance to change the world, it’s always the 
chance to change when people do things and so you can never get to attached to a single idea. 
Then they’re become as bedding process, when you look at it you know whether there it’s a rest 
reward or just the bedding of the idea so first you do some basic research. You have to know 
who else is doing it, is there anyone doing it, is there anyone doing the way that you think people 
do it. Then you say you want this one, this is interesting, this people want to do this then you can 
continue whether that’s initially it just some basic research that you get out and talk to people 
and you can’t get there and talk people and see the ideal place. Then you start looking at you 
know what’s the business model, a lot of times especially with the companies they just built in 
and forget about the business but you should at least have kind of an idea avoid it could be. You 
know where could possibly come from. And then you start to look at what’s going to cause, so 
what’s the start up cause. It is a company want to start for a money or its like in the press 
company where you hire you know a sells guys which is typically very expensive or the 
infrastructure to buy and spend a lot of money to raise a cash. So, all those pieces is kind of 
slowly bet those ideas that you have any fans or it’s not the answer you want anyone of those 
cases drop the idea, it’s okay and don’t be another one. Will be planning more, you know it’s not 
a big deal, you know don’t get to attached to them and so as you go this thing process and each 
you know different types of business and variation on the bedding process. It is important to 
remember that, that is okay to drop it and so typically any point in time I’m going over and you 
know anywhere from kind of five to seven ideas that you know that might be interesting, might 
not be interesting and you just keep on going in the back of your head and then overtime there 
are a lot times that you drop off and that will become real. And they become really real well then 
its might be time to actually do it.
