VIDEO TRANSCRIPT
Trainer Transformation from Fit to Fat to Fit Travis: Remember the story of the trainer and a former model gained 90 plus pounds, lost it after that but he did it on purpose, well believe it or not, today, he’s here with us all the way from Australia. He’s more fit than ever. Please welcome PJ back to the show. Hey PJ! You look great! But I want to remind everyone of the transformation because I remember seeing a picture of you as a cover model back when you are healthy as a normal trainer, then when you are on our show; you were actually at a much heavier weight. That’s after you went on your little experiment of putting on 90 pounds. So, which one is which? I can’t really tell the difference. We were worried you weren’t going to be able to get that weight back off. Let’s look at that before and after right there. That is almost remarkable that it’s the same person PJ. You look great. Lisa: Now, you look fabulous. PJ: Yes. It’s definitely been an interesting journey and I think what you have all been describing about giving people the motivation by leading by example and being overweight and experiencing that. Lisa: Were you ever afraid that you weren’t going to get back to where you were? PJ: Yeah, definitely. Two or three months into the weight loss, things were very slow and I had to find the motivation and also, fight a depressed state as well. Male: How long had you gained the weight and then lose it again? PJ: I gained 90 pounds in four months. I didn’t maintain it for another two months. Doing this well training people to get fit and quitting all forms of exercise to my self. Male: Yeah and then effort. PJ: And then had to turn it around and lost the weight in six months. Male: Six months. Travis: So, I think you’re saying—you’re a better trainer now? PJ: Absolutely, a better trainer having gone through the experience.
